Team-building trip – Ustroń 

We lead the way to the top! This slogan shaped the nature of this team-building trip. Because where else to get to the top but in the mountains? With this in mind, we organised two business trips for our Client in Ustroń, in the picturesque Beskid Mountains 

During the day, we mainly dealt with business topics, discussed by the company’s leaders. The theme of blazing new trails and reaching the heights of your own abilities was at the forefront of all the activities and discussions. We ensured that each and every member of the staff could excel in this field. 

After the hard work, it was time to relax and get to know one another. A tried-and-tested laughter yoga workshop helped us to break the ice. Towards the end, everyone enjoyed in a moment of rest. Finally, we came together to celebrate our successes thus far. 

On the second day, we got down to action, that is team building. We provided the staff with branded backpacks equipped with proper gadgets and materials that would come in handy during the expedition so that we could join the Great Himalayan Game as a close-knit team. During the exciting gameplay, we overcame our own limitations and discovered new possibilities. Now it is time to use them in our everyday work!
