The Controller of your personal data is Cyrek Digital Sp z o.o., entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000575301, with the share capital of PLN 50,000, NIP: 7322176412, REGON: 362466525. 

The data will be processed for the purpose of responding to enquiries via the form on the website and the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as this is necessary for the Company’s legitimate interest (depending on the subject matter of the correspondence) of maintaining contact with persons potentially interested in the services provided by the Company or the defence/assertion of claims by the Company – for a period until the correspondence related to the enquiry sent has come to an end and: 

• in the case of potential clients, the period of likely future interest in the Company’s services, 

• in the case of the assertion/defence of claims, the period of limitation of these claims. 

You have the right to access, rectify, request the erasure of your data, as well as the right to restrict processing, the right to portability and to object to the processing of your data. 

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if, in your opinion, your personal data is being processed contrary to the principles of personal data protection. 

No automated decision-making, including profiling, will occur in relation to the processing of your personal data. 

As regards your enquiry, your personal data may be transferred to the Company’s IT systems and hosting provider. 

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to receive a response to your enquiry (e-mail address). Refusal to provide an e-mail address will result in an inability to respond to your enquiry.
