We are an event agency that operates in both the real world and online. Our mission is to support clients comprehensively, not only in organizing events but also in producing videos, animations, graphic designs, and comprehensive information campaigns. Our daily work involves solving numerous puzzles, holding teleconferences, generating ideas, and managing a significant amount of correspondence. We are seeking a creative, well-organized, and flexible individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. This person will independently manage projects, liaise with clients, and collaborate with our team to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish project details with clients (English required)
- Maintain communication between the team and clients
- Delegate tasks to individual teams and work closely with the creative department (graphic designers, animators, editors, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with our clients
- Monitor project quality
- Participate in conceptual and creative meetings
- Develop content and create concepts and designs for creative campaigns (video, animation, presentations)
- Write scripts for video and animation content
- Present projects to clients
- Schedule and budget projects
Our Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, as many of our clients are international corporations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to work independently, plan, and organize your work and that of your team.
- Proficient in planning and managing project budgets.
- Ability to perform well under time pressure.
- Flexibility in working hours; our work is task-based.
- Strong communication skills, honesty, and openness.
- Copywriting skills and a creative outlook.
- Excellent knowledge of presentation and costing software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Keen awareness of market trends and aesthetics.
