§1 Definitions
Controller – the entity deciding on the nature, scope and purposes of personal data processing – Cyrek Digital Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Zgierz
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC;
§2 Who is the Controller of your personal data?
1. The Controller of personal data is Cyrek Digital Sp z o.o., entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000575301, with the share capital of PLN 50,000, NIP: 7322176412, REGON: 362466525.

§3 What data is collected?
1. We collect the personal data you provide in the contact form, to be exact
- a. first name
- b. last name
- d. company
- e. email address
2. Visitors to the Controller’s website can browse it without providing personal information.
§4 For what purpose the data is collected
1. The data provided by users is used:
- to provide the contact form service on the Controller’s website;
- for statistical purposes.
2. IP addresses are collected during internet connections for technical, server administration purposes. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
§5 Our legal basis for processing personal data
1. Personal data is processed by the Controller in accordance with legal provisions, including in particular the GDPR, in order to:
- offer the Controller’s services or products consisting of marketing the Controller’s own products or services, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- use the contact form service for the performance of an agreement provided electronically pursuant to Article 6(1)(b)
2. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary e.g. for the provision of the contact form service.
§6 Your rights in relation to personal data processing
1. The user is obliged to indicate complete, current and true data.
2. Any user whose personal data is processed by the Controller has the right to access the content of his/her data and the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of his/her data, as well as the right to data portability, the right to object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Controller.
3. The exercise of the rights specified in the paragraph above may be exercised by sending an appropriate request to the Controller’s e-mail address at: hello@cyrekdigital.com, together with the full name and electronic mail (e-mail) address of the user.
4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
§7 How long we keep your personal data
1. Your personal data will be retained only for the period requisite to fulfil the purpose for which your personal data was collected, and thereafter for the period requisite to secure or assert potential claims or to fulfil the Controller’s legal obligation (e.g. under tax or accounting regulations).
2. Personal data processed for the Controller’s legitimate interest of marketing its own products or services will be retained for the period until the participant objects/withdraws consent.
§8 Do we transfer personal data and, if so, to whom?
Your data may be made available to entities entitled to receive such data pursuant to applicable legal provisions, including the competent judicial authorities. Such personal data may be transferred to contracted processors, in other words partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), entities providing accounting and bookkeeping services. The personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.
§ 9 Security of your data collected by the Controller
1. The Controller has applied all technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data sufficient for the risks and categories of protected data, and in particular the Controller has secured such data against access of unauthorised persons, against taking it by an unauthorised person, against processing it in violation of the Act, as well as against altering, losing, damaging or destroying such data in accordance with the provisions contained in the GDPR.
2. Your personal data will not be processed by automated means by the Controller.
3. The Controller’s website may contain links to other websites. The Controller urges that when you go to other websites, you read the privacy policy set out there. This privacy policy applies only to the Cyrek Digital Ltd. website.
§11 Amendment to the Privacy Policy
1. The privacy policy is subject to change, of which the Controller will inform Users fourteen (14) days in advance by sending an e-mail.
